Lean Training and Consultancy
Besides training, ATEC offers technical and operational consultancy services. The consultancy department brings together multidisciplinary professionals that take up projects which integrate approaches from various fields, as for example process optimization, continuous improvement, quality, environment, safety and human resources.
In the scope of process optimization, various tools can be highlighted: MTM (Methods Time Measurement), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and VSM (Value Stream Mapping). The continuous use of these tools, based on a Lean knowledge structure, fosters continuous improvement processes and strengthens the remaining processes.
